Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve monthly sales KPIs
• Conduct sales appointments with brides; engage with customers to determine their needs and provide appropriate gown/package recommendations
• Work with seamstresses to fit customers and ensure that gowns fit them as required
• Work with managers to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the root cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution
• Respond to all customer emails, messages and calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon
• Handle all other administrative and operational duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
• Positive attitude and mind-set
• Strong team-player in a sales environment
• Min 2 years of work experience in a customer service/front-end sales capacity, preferably from hospitality or other service industries
• Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Keen eye for fashion and styling
• Min degree or diploma in any discipline
• Able to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Meticulous by nature and fast learner
Other Information:
• CBD work location
• 5 day work week (Tuesdays to Saturdays)
• Fixed + comms salary structure
