JD and responsibilities: -
- Prepare monthly full sets of accounts including GL, TB, P&L, BS and audit schedule.
- Prepare management report including monthly sales margin report, product category profit margin report, business segment report, individual sales performance report and production output report.
- Oversee 2 Assistants (1AR & 1AP/stock) and assist in operation to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee AR credit control.
- Prepare and e-file quarterly GST return.
- HR duties including MOM work pass application (>70 Foreigners), monthly payroll and submit CPF e-submission, yearly Auto-Inclusion, issue employment letters.
- Submit and renew Form D cost statement
- Liaise with external parties including Bank’s Account Manager, Auditors, Tax Agents and company’s Corporate Secretary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Managing Director and Executive Director
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Diploma and Bsc above
- Competent in Microsoft Office eg excel and familiar with accounting system Nav and payroll Financio will be a plus.
