SENIOR MANAGER DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
The Courage Chapter has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation for our client, a Non-Governmental Organisation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The (Senior) Manager, Digital Transformation will own, drive and execute cross-functional digitalisation projects from initiation to completion, determining digitalisation goals that support business objectives and strategies. With reference to company’s Digital Strategy Plan, this covers the areas of Digitalised Service Delivery, New Digital Services, Technology and supporting Data (significantly covering “Platform” in the People, Process, Platform (3P) framework). He/she will provide support for driving and refining the organization's digital strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives aimed at enhancing branding and communications, service delivery, governance, fundraising effectiveness, team effectiveness, data management, cyber security, and continuous improvement. This role requires a visionary individual with strong change management competencies to align digital transformation goals with the organization's strategic objectives and foster a culture of innovation and digital competence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the development/refinement and implementation of the organisation’s digital strategy for business continuity and digital transformation through business architecture mapping and process mapping; develop and implement plans for business process improvement, in alignment with the organisation’s objectives and strategic goals.
- Work with relevant teams to enhance external and internal reach and engagement (branding, communications, fundraising), corporate support/service delivery and governance through digital tools and platforms including through the mapping of end-to- end stakeholder journeys.
- Drive key digitalisation projects such as implementation of Finance Accounting System, Residential Management System. Support in the enhancement of websites redevelopment project through ensuring proper process workflow between front-end website and back-end CRM as well as technical aspects of web hosting, cybersecurity etc.
- Monitor the performance of the above solutions post-implementation, provide maintenance support and undertake refinement to ensure alignment and compliance with updated governance requirements.
- Champion the importance of data as a key asset, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes.
- Support the development, implementation and improvement of data management and cybersecurity policies, plans and practices
- Support the development and implementation of a process to consistently prioritise, evaluate and measure the performance of digitalisation projects across the organisation
- Support upskilling of the organisation’s digital competencies through the development and execution of action plans, training sessions and workshops
- Support continuous improvement and cost savings
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in digital strategy development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of data management, cyber security, and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
