Job Descriptions
A Business Support Executive provides administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth running of business processes. This role involves coordinating daily activities, streamlining workflows, and providing support to help the organization meet its objectives efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members or management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and other documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers or clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle communications professionally and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to the management team.
- Ensure the accuracy of data entries and assist with generating reports.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items after meetings
- Provide logistical and administrative support for projects and strategic initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
