Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers by diagnosing and resolving system-related issues, bugs, and system performance problems.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and setup of products at customer sites or remotely.
  • Offer both onsite and remote support to troubleshoot issues, ensuring that systems are running smoothly for clients.
  • System Customization & Implementation:
  • Assist with the customization and configuration of system solutions to meet the unique needs of the customer.
  • Coordinate with project teams to implement solutions on customer sites, ensuring that deployments are completed smoothly and within the given timeframe.
  • Help manage upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and a seamless transition for clients.

Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with project managers to plan and schedule installations, updates, and rollouts.
  • Ensure that project timelines and technical requirements are met and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of system-related tasks on client projects, from setup to delivery.

Training & Documentation:

  • Provide training to clients on the use of the system, ensuring that customers can effectively utilize the product post-deployment.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and best practices, to assist customers and internal teams.

Customer Feedback & Product Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from customers on system performance and any challenges they face.
  • Report issues and suggest improvements to the development team based on customer insights and recurring problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven Experience in a service delivery management or related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects, with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth service delivery
