What the role is:You manage the Manpower Operations matters in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).What you will be working on:On this, you develop Manpower Operations doctrines, its supporting system, support plans and processes. You work with the various stakeholders on policy-operations interfacing matters, oversee the DIS' manpower readiness and work with the Commands to ensure the execution of Manpower Operations tasks. Your challenge lies in the need to understand the unique operational requirements of the various DIS Commands, and being familiar with the different manpower initiatives. You also need to work closely with the respective manpower domain owners to develop the appropriate support plans.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Business Management or Human Resource (HR) Management related fields, with at least 2 years' related work experience. Being open-minded to consider various options, while remaining firm and decisive is essential. Possession of strong interpersonal and communication skills, together with system and critical thinking skills is required. Lastly, you must be resourceful and creative in overcoming obstacles which you face. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
