KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source spare parts for vehicles and construction machinery/equipment.
- Request and compare quotations from suppliers/vendors to ensure the best value.
- Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and order confirmations.
- Track and manage delivery timelines to ensure parts arrive as scheduled.
- Accurately input and maintain data related to purchasing activities in company systems.
- Manage and update vendor databases and contact lists.
- Assist and support purchasing-related administrative matters.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Able to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking colleagues/workers.
- Able to work well in a team setting.
- Energetic and willing to learn.
