The Personal Assistant will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.
Responsibility:
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports, setting up and organising electronic files and documents.
- Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for the senior leaders, including calendar, email, calls, internal and external meetings.
- Event management; suggest and book venues for professional and personal.
- Maintaining professional and personal records, contacts, documents and reports for the senior leaders.

Role Requirements:
- A full certificate in GCE 'A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
- Singapore Citizen
- Full time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 AM - 6 PM
- Basic knowledge of Word and Spreadsheet.
- Good time management and organisation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
