- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies that could benefit PA.
- Collaborate with ICT, external vendors and other PA divisions to implement digital solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new technologies into existing systems and processes across the organisation.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyse data and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimise future projects.
- Regularly report to Assistant Director and senior management on the status of the projects, highlighting any potential challenges or successes.
