The incumbent be responsible to operationalise engagement and operational strategies in support of MOH Healthier SG /Age WELL SG and play a role in the crisis response team.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director in overseeing/implementing HSG/active SG engagement and enrolment operations
- Promote and assist residents to enrol into the Healthier SG programme.
- Undertake role of trainer and briefer of HSG contents to internal and external stakeholders including residents.
- Assist in the development and update of HSG training contents/materials.
- Assist and address HSG queries to residents throughout their Service Journey.
- Assist to support Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGA) and provide the residents a smoother interface to get enrolled and participate in HSG initiatives.
- Be familiar on where to find information on HSG General Practitioners clinics (GPs), Active Aging Centres (ACCs), Community Centres (CCs) and HSG accredited activities to guide and assist residents to embark in self-directed or available healthy activities and programs.
- Assist residents to troubleshoot their issues on their HealthHub App, Healthy 365 App, NUHS App or SingPass (if any).
As part of emergency and pandemic response planning, you are required to support Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director in crisis response planning and operations. You will play an active role in :
- Ensuring timely escalation of incidents and crises through the role of duty officer
- As part of the RHSO operations command centre, respond to outbreak incidents and exigencies
- Collation, analysis and monitoring of data and trends to inform operational needs
- Coordination of quality and safety incidents, improvement programmes and monitoring of key indicators
- Providing secretariat support to relevant committees and workgroups
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
- At least 5 - 6 years of working experiences, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
- Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess strong and effective organization skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, both in indoor and outdoor operational environments.
- Meet vaccination requirements mandatory by law to work in Public Health Institutions (PHI).
