We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead Recruiter to join our thriving, market-leading finance recruitment team, to be based in our Singapore office.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with major banking clients from day one, managing a warm desk with established relationships and a strong pipeline of business. As a billing leader, you will drive team performance while continuing to deliver exceptional results personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Personal Billing: Maintain a strong focus on personal recruitment activities, achieving individual billing targets while leading by example.
  • Business Development: Expand and strengthen relationships with major banking clients, leveraging existing warm desks to maximize opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to set team objectives, recruitment strategies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Client and Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and value to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in finance recruitment.
  • Proven track record in business development, client delivery, and team leadership.
  • A strong personal billing history in a competitive recruitment environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance personal billing with team management responsibilities.
  • A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High levels of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
  • Collaborative and supportive approach to leadership.
