Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 3:00pm (Scheduled by supervisor based on duty roster)

Job Description
Quotations & Order Processing: Manage high-volume quotations and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Enquiries Management: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat professionally and promptly.
Claims Management: Handle claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or pricing errors.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve order-related issues and liaise with suppliers for lead time adjustments.
E-Commerce Promotion: Encourage customers to utilize the online store for purchases.
