  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • 38 hours work week (Off 1 weekday & 1 weekend)
  • Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty.
  • Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments
  • Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
  • Check-in & out patients using cloud-based software
  • Following up with patients
  • Assist the doctors in the day to day operation.
  • Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Monthly Commission of between $100 - $300 if targets are met

You need to possess the following:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Speak fluent English, Mandarin would be a great advantage (To liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • No experience required
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Responsible
  • Self-motivated
  • Have initiative
  • Be available to work on certain off days if required
