  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist Therapist to provide Physiotherapy / Occupational / Speech therapy services to improve patients’ quality of life.
  • Responsible for activities of daily living, including assistance with personal hygiene, toileting, diaper changing, showering, and feeding / NG tube feeding.
  • Preparation of meals and tea breaks.
  • Assist Therapist in transferring, lifting and wheeling patients within organization.
  • Assist Head of Department to coordinate clinical education program and activities for therapy assistants.
  • Conduct and lead group exercises independently.
  • Assist Therapy Aide in-charge in conducting clinical audits.
  • Assist in orientation and mentoring of new Therapy Aide.
  • Orientate the volunteers attached to Rehab department.
  • To report all accidents or potential hazards to the reporting officer.

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level certificate.
  • Skills certificate in ‘Therapy Assistant / Aide course’ from a recognized institution.
  • Working in a geriatric set up, long term care or nursing home set up will be an advantage but not necessary.
  • Mature and is a good team player.
  • Able to serve those clients in need, regardless of race, nationality, religious or social status.
  • Compassionate and able to relate well with the patients of the organization.
