Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our team with essential administrative and financial tasks. This role involves managing records, handling payments, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational activities.
We're a small team with a nice office environment, with full AC, pantry and even our own kitchenette and a ping pong table! Situated in the West, the role is ideal for someone who's based in Jurong/ CCK/ Bukit Batok area and are looking for a role with 3 - 4 days commitment period. We are also open to Full Time arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Document Management:
Maintain accurate financial records and keep company documents well-organized.
Bill Management:
Track and manage monthly bills (e.g., utilities, parking) to ensure timely payments.
Claims and Payments Processing:
Process employees claims, and prepare payments for weekly approval by management team.
Invoice Review:
Review customer invoices daily for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Administrative Support:
To provide other administrative support like Data Entry, Monthly Reports, Ad-hoc Research etc.
Requirements:
Experience in administrative work or bookkeeping is preferred.
Diploma Education or Higher.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in Google Drive/ Docs/ Excel and other basic work tools.
Responsible and Positive Character.
