We are seeking a Finance Executive for our Singapore Office to support the Finance & Accounting Team. Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
Able to handle all aspects relating to the accounting functions to facilitate the closing of the full set of accounts (eg: GL, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll & etc)
Request and monitor Payments of branches and summarize and report.
Review contracts & agreements, and follow up with other counterparts.
Generating integrated reports under the Finance Operation team
Support the financial planning and cashflow forecasting processes
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Handling any other ad-hoc duties or operational issues requiring finance involvement
Communicate with IT team to improve the logistics monitoring system
Update and test system about index and feedback results to the IT team
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA.
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
Possess a willing-to-learn attitude
Team player with good communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workloads for maximum effectiveness.
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 will be advantageous
Preferable if able to commence work immediately
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: starting from $2,800 depending on career
Performance Incentive: $300 monthly depends on performance appraisal & good attendance
$10 meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2hrs
12 days Annual Leave per year
Standard Sick Leave & Hospitalization & Child Care leave, Marriage leave, Paternity Leave, Maternity Leave
Quarterly performance reviews with salary adjustments
Working Hours: 5 days
Mon to Thu – 8 am to 6 pm, Fri – 9 am to 6 pm
Off Day - Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
