Job Description
As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and supporting other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of tables and dining areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high food quality.
Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation.
Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required.
A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Japanese language skills a plus).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Willingness to learn and grow in the food and beverage industry.
