Personally handle sensitive HR matters, such as disputes, investigations, and legal cases.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, such as timekeeping, overtime, and staff scheduling.
Qualifications/requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations in Singapore
Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and the Employment Act
Maturity and ability to navigate through varied employment regulations and challenges
Flexibility and willingness to be very hands-on in all aspects of the role
Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information with tact and diplomacy
Prior experience in F&B industry will be prefered
