· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

· Provide advisory support on employee issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

· Manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.

7. HR Systems & Data Management

· Set up attendance, payroll, and employee management SOP

8. Hands-on HR Operations

· Personally handle sensitive HR matters, such as disputes, investigations, and legal cases.

· Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, such as timekeeping, overtime, and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

· At least 3 years of experience in HR operations in Singapore

· Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and the Employment Act

· Maturity and ability to navigate through varied employment regulations and challenges

· Flexibility and willingness to be very hands-on in all aspects of the role

· Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information with tact and diplomacy

· Prior experience in F&B industry is a must

· Speak, write, and fully understand both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with directors
