We are currently recruiting for a newly created opportunity for an Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our Investment Management and Capital Markets team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a regional portfolio with a broad mandate gaining exposure to the full investment and fund management process.
The role provides support to a Lendlease managed fund in financial modelling and financial analysis of the fund’s performance and includes research, industry reviews and preparation, management and reporting of all financial and investment information.
As a key support to the team, you will also be actively involved in reporting and investor management. To achieve this, you’ll need to have a genuine ability to foster relationships, as well as capacity for strategic thinking, being dynamic in your approach and effective inter-personal relationship skills will also be evident.
The role will also be involved in the deployment of committed capital in new projects within a regional mandate, which will provide an opportunity to analyse and structure new investment and growth initiatives. Being keenly involved in the transactions, the role will also work with internal and external teams with exposure to multiple markets within Asia Pacific.
Key experience and attributes include:
Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to analyse and test financial models and forecasts
Competent research capability, complemented by a high level of problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Proactive and results driven, able to work under pressure whilst demonstrating flexibility
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Property, Business and/or Applied Finance & Investment
The successful candidate will be investor focused with a commercial/financial mindset with ability to negotiate, think strategically, and deal with ambiguity and complexity.
