Duration: 6 - 12 Months (Renewable)

Working Hours: 5 Days a week, Office Hours

Salary: $2,500 - $3,700 / Month

Duties:

Prepare reports, slides, and meeting minutes
Oversee contract matters, including account setup, contract activation and termination
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and retail policies
Liaise and managing communication with external parties on customer-related issues
Maintain databases, including SAP, customer portals, and department mailboxes
Review work processes to simplify, standardize, and automate them
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree
Additional language proficiency would be highly advantageous
Minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative roles
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in MS Office – Excel and Word
Meticulous, good interpersonal skills
