Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks related to Sales and Purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and control.
- Oversee stock management, inventory tracking, and ensure reconciliation with HQ’s records.
- Manage cash and card transactions, as well as petty cash.
- Ensure smooth operation of all administrative functions within the designated boutique.
- Serve as the main point of contact between boutiques and other departments.
- Communicate all directives, memos, and other communications to boutique staff.
- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all paperwork is clear, accurate, and regularly updated.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by HQ as required.
Requirements:
- Capable of multi-tasking and working independently.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (with rotating off days).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
