**Duties

- Preparation of Sales Orders, Delivery order & Invoice.

- Preparation of delivery Schedules

- Coordinate Orders between customer and production Department

- Coordinate movement of inventory

- Filing and answering phone calls

- As a Support to Sales Team

- Attending to customers enquiries

- Work closely with Production team on customer delivery

- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management system

- Preparing of monthly reports

- Other Ad Hoc Duties as assigned

**Job Requirements:

- Minimum O Level and equivalent

- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

- Good attitude, able to work independently & Multitasking

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Positive attitude, approachable team player

- Proficiency in MS Office applications

- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
