Job Responsibilities:
Perform a range of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nails, nail art, and other treatments as requested by clients.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their nail care preferences, offering professional advice and recommending suitable treatments.
Apply nail products and treatments, ensuring quality results and client satisfaction.
Provide decorative nail art using a variety of techniques and tools.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized and sanitized according to industry standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a pleasant experience and are satisfied with the services provided.
Maintain accurate client records, tracking preferences, services rendered, and follow-up appointments.
Handle client payments and assist in retail sales of nail care products.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nail Technician, with proficiency in a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel, and acrylic nails.
Valid Nail Technician certification and any required local licenses.
Strong customer service skills and ability to build good rapport with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients efficiently.
Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols in a nail salon setting.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
