We seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Retail & Event Assistant to join our team. You will be working with fun & creative arts where we help customers to print their designs on our merchandise.
You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers by assisting them with their purchases, printing the art created by customers on our merchandise in high quality and providing excellent customer service.
Working Hours: 10am to 10pm, or 10am to 4pm / 4pm to 10pm
Choice to apply for any number of days per week, (min. commitment is 3 full days per week)
Immediate Positions.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide detailed information about our products, including customization options
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Printing of customer's created arts on our merchandises (training provided)
Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and updating product displays
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Participate in-store events and promotions
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and processing transactions
