CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (CHANGI AIRPORT) – Contract
$2,100/month Gross before CPF deduction (1 year contract, renewable up to 3 years)
MUST COMMIT TO 1.5 MONTHS OF TRAINING
Job Description:
1. Handling Check In duties.
- Check and ensure that flight tickets and travel documents are valid for flight
- Weigh and tag passengers’ luggage.
- Processing and issuing of boarding pass.
- Assisting passengers at self-Check In kiosks and auto bag drop kiosks.
2. Departure/Arrival gate duties
- Ensure boarding pass information is accurate and passenger’s name on passport tally with boarding pass for departure flight
- Crowd control
- Assisting passengers with special needs
- Direct disembarking passengers to respective areas such as immigration and baggage collection belts
- Meet & Greet
3. Transfer Counter
- Check and ensure flight tickets and travel documents are valid for flight.
- Process and issue boarding passes
- Ensure that passenger’s luggage is sent to connecting flight
4. Other miscellaneous duties when assigned
Shift Schedule: 44hrs a week (5/6 ALTERNATE workday week Monday – Sunday)
0300-1200/0400-1300
1000-1900/1100-2000
1400-2300
2200-0700
Requirements:
- Presentable and well groomed (NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, only black/dark hair)
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Possess basic computer skills
