Position Title: Invoice Billing Clerk
Working Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Sat, 830am - 530pm; Alternative Saturday)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + OT + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send out invoices to clients accurately and promptly
Collect and process orders from call-in customers, ensuring order details are accurately recorded and communicated
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on short credit term customer.
Assist with reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and update customer accounts.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth billing processes.
Handle customer inquiries related to billing and orders.

Completion of GCE 'O' Level or possess basic accounting knowledge.
2 years of experience in a similar role.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
