Job Responsibilities:
Manage front office reception and administrative tasks.
Greet customers and respond to their inquiries.
Schedule appointments, maintain the calendar, and send reminders to customers.
Prepare and compile daily sales reports.
Conduct outlet stock-takes and assist with other ad-hoc tasks.
Handle cashiering duties, including payment collections
To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service.
Possess excellent telephone manners.
Willing to commit to retail hours.
