Supervise service staff responsible for shelving, shelf-reading, customer queries, and backroom operations.
Ensure staff are updated on work processes, policies, and SOPs.
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and escalate issues or commendations to the Team Leader or Library Manager.
Act as the main liaison for volunteers and consolidate monthly vendor performance feedback.
Report, track, and follow up on system and building maintenance issues.
Oversee IT equipment, daily system checks, and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure library facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager on collection promotion and performance monitoring.
Follow up on damaged or decommissioned items and ensure timely shelving.
Assist in addressing customer feedback and collate monthly feedback reports.
Manage lost and found items, PPE, and first aid supplies.
Handle crisis management and escalate issues per SOPs.
Support the Library Manager in preparing annual reports and managing inventory supplies.
Requirements:
5 days work week (across
Monday - Sunday)
