Handle incoming calls.Assist with customer complaints on products within and after the warranty period.Arrange servicing appointments using an in-house CRM system.Perform general administrative duties and procedures.Manage email correspondence and follow-up.Maintain proper record/filing/data entry.Provide support to the sales team.Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
