Responsibilities
Ensure quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper conditions
Ensure safe and proper use of the equipment at all times
Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation to assure consistency
Ensures that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen’s hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures
Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
Monitor kitchen maintenance and report any defects of operating equipment to the Head Chef
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head Chef
Requirements
At least 1 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
Possess food hygiene and safety certificate
Team player and able to work independently
Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast pace environment
Able to work on rotating shifts and weekend (if any)
