We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This will be an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a highly motivated, well established and professional broking team based in Singapore. This role will offer the successful candidate fantastic exposure across a small team and a steep learning curve which in turn will offer great opportunities for career development.

We will count on you to:

  • To support Placement Manager on local business placement solutions (including but not limited to WIC and Motor) that meet client needs
  • To review and prepare insurance proposal including but not limited to slips, asset schedules, loss analysis and other risk information
  • Ensures a comprehensive analysis of terms received from markets and that the final recommended lead terms are the best for the clients
  • To follow up on policy documentation and tax invoices
  • To manage all facilities in Marsh Singapore and support Placement Leader for the Facilities budget
  • To drive digital placement platforms for all facilities in Marsh Singapore
  • To ensure that facilities are traded on developed digital platforms
  • To drive penetration of all facilities in Marsh Singapore
  • Be the first port of call when issues arises on facilities
  • To conduct regular meetings with insurers on performance of facilities

What you need to have:

  • More than 5 years working experience in international broking house or insurance company
  • Has knowledge of general insurance classes of insurance including WIC and Motor insurance
  • Strong knowledge of excel including pivot table
  • Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent
