Thank you for your interest in our Job Opportunity. We require an executive with good people skills to assist the Project Manager with the following:
Responsibility:
Sales & Lead Management
Identify, manage, and nurture leads from various sources.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive long-term collaboration.
Achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Project Coordination
Plan, organize, and oversee client branding and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to ensure project success.
Coordinate and manage activities such as surveys, event planning, mystery shopping, and consumer focus groups.
Host and organize events or presentations for clients as needed.
Client Liaison & Reporting
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their requirements and feedback.
Prepare project updates, performance reports, and deliverables as per client expectations.
Our Ideal candidate:
Some experience handling small events / focus groups is advantageous.
Career switch from Sales / Corporate / Service line background welcome
Basic excel formulas, prompt data entry and note taking for meetings.
Flexibility to attend in-person meetings as required.
Sales or B2B experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
