A senior solutions-driven sales lead ideally with broad based solutioning across all segments with specific depth of knowledge in Global Alternatives. This is an individual contribution role and you will be expected to work across the commercial, product and delivery organization to identify viable opportunities, serve as a lead in the solutions structuring and commercialization of identified opportunities.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Institutional Services (IS) sales. IS sales target solutioning opportunities across all segments to position essential services and technology to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing to alternative assets strategies including private equity/credit, property, direct and indirect funds and real assets. IS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for
As a key solutions architect, you will
Maintain a good understanding of all State Street products and services across the Alpha platform spanning both Private and Public markets including STT’s expertise in data aggregation.
Develop and stay current with State Street strengths that differentiate us from the competition (especially as it relates to State Street Alpha).
Keep abreast of industry initiatives & emerging trends.
To maintain an understanding of Alternatives asset strategies of Asset Owners and Asset Managers servicing their core servicing requirements.
Develop, agree and implement strategic client account plans working closely with other departments within IS and the rest of STT to position our Alternatives servicing pipeline
Have direct responsibility for all aspects of the commercial, strategic and contractual discussion with prospective clients and current client growth opportunities
Working closely with global teams/SME’s to drive solution design
Partnering with the implementation team to ensure we can execute against commitments
Develop and deepen staff awareness of our APAC Alternatives pipeline
Co-ordinate with all others areas of State Street to create cross selling opportunities for the firm
Assist the Senior Executive Officer team in developing and maintaining an executive calling program for SSBT executives
Identify cross-sell opportunities and targets appropriate individuals in client organizations. Introduces and support product sales (GM) specialists as needed.
Facilitate cross divisional resolution of business line conflicts; elevate issues to next level of executive management as appropriate.
Collaborate with sales originators to foster a coordinated solutioning effort

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree on business or related field.
At least 10 years’ experience asset servicing and asset management in an origination and/or product solutioning capacity.
