Job Description
Perform maintenance of electrical systems;
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance;
Support for continuous development via operation requirements to maintain smooth operations
Continuous improvement plan via daily operations
Assist in the setup of M&E systems and to conduct maintenance when necessary
Maintaining heating and plumbing systems to ensure the functionality
Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed
Perform manual repairs when necessary
Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned
Preparation of quotations and proposals
Prepare and submit work progress and incident reports to the Building Facilities Manager
Undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Facility Management /
Building Services or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Prior experience in Facilities Management & holder of FSM will be an added advantage
Technical knowledge of M&E systems which include but not limited to Fire Protection systems, AV systems, ACMV systems etc
Able to perform shift work if required
Candidate with more working experience will consider for senior position.
