Job scope
Contribute to HR Specialist Services team in ensuring the timely and accurate HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing
Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).
Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
Perform any other assigned duties/projects.
Requirement
Min 1 year of HR exp
Past working experience / knowledge in finance / payroll administration in healthcare will be an added advantage
