Primarily responsible for business development which includes achieving his/her location’s
Key Result Areas (KRAs) as determined by Agency Management

  • Responsible for overseeing the success of his/her location’s sales activities and
    managing the overall production numbers together with his/her SDOA.
  • Strategic and Operational Alignment. Roll out strategic plans of company to agency
    force and align agency leader’s goals and expectations accordingly. To minimize the
    gap between management and agency force.
  • Driving the company’s key initiatives and growth by working together with the SDOA
    to strategize and plan for location sales activities and programs
  • Develop positive business relationships with relationship with assigned agency
    groups and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Operational teams for underwriting, after sales supports.

Job Requirements

  • Education – Degree Holder Experience
  • Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in relevant industry.
  • Sales experiences in insurance/investment sales is preferred
  • Certifications/licenses – CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI Special skills preferred
  • Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Sharp business acumen, adaptable and team player
