Key Purpose of the Job:

To manage and drive the growth of APAC distributor & licensee business to achieve company business goals and objectives with 1 direct report (Sales Support)

Key Area of Responsibility:

  • Define brand and distribution strategies for growth and explore new market/partner
  • Prepare annual sales plan and monthly/quarterly forecast
  • Organize sales meeting 2 times a year and business review meeting once a month to guide the partners on business development and growth strategy with support from Planning, Merchandising, Marketing and E-commerce team
  • Work with partners on buy strategy, promotion and new/renovation project, evaluate each opportunity to maximize ROI
  • Partner with Customer Service team to monitor sales order, shipment schedule, billing and payment
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-through and inventory health
  • Manage customers credit risks and responsible for AR
  • Work with legal team for IP protection, agreement & renewal

Requirements:

Education: Degree holder in Business or related discipline

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in managing distributors/licensees (retail/merchandising experience is a plus)

Others:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong organization, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, agile, detailed minded, result-oriented with ownership, entrepreneurial, passionate & determined to improve and learn
  • Embrace the growth mindset and willing to take up new challenges
  • Good team player, strong commitment, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Some travel is required
