Roles & Responsibilities
As a Front of House at our gym and yoga studio, you will create a welcoming environment for our members and guests. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with membership inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement: Greet members and guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries about classes, schedules, and memberships.
Membership Management: Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate records and data entry.
Class Coordination: Manage class schedules, including bookings, cancellations, and waitlists. Ensure that all classes start on time and are adequately staffed.
Payments and Billing: Process payments for memberships, class packages, and retail sales, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure the front desk area and common spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming. Monitor the cleanliness of studios and equipment.
Community Building: Foster a sense of community by engaging with members, promoting events, and encouraging participation in classes and workshops.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with instructors and management to ensure smooth operations and enhance the overall member experience.
Qualifications:
Passion for fitness and wellness, with a basic understanding of gym and yoga practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
