New Taiwanese restaurant chain is looking for fun-loving, dynamic individuals to join us as an Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will lead the outlet under your charge to deliver excellent customer service and dining experience.

Primary Role Responsibilities:
Lead team members in providing excellent brand experience for customers
Trainer for all incoming new staff and on-going service/station trainings for all staff
Provide fair, detailed appraisal on individual’s work performance and identify key talents for career grooming
Assist/support restaurant manager in day to day managing of operations
Other ad-hoc operations related duties assigned by management (if any)
Requirements:
Sales driven, service oriented and customer centric
Cheerful, fun-loving, enjoy fast paced environment
Embrace personal/work trainings for future management roles
Min. 1-2 year supervision experiences in hospitality/F&B settings or if you think you have what it takes to excel in this role
Great communications skills and a keen listening ear
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Require roaster shift work
Location: Central Singapore (CBD/Orchard)
