What You’ll Do:
Manage customer transactions using the POS system with accuracy.
Handle payments (cash or cashless) and ensure proper documentation.
Greet customers warmly when they enter or leave the store.
Address and resolve customer complaints while providing helpful information.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies promptly.
Work Schedule:
5 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
9.5 hours per shift (including a 1-hour break)
Rotating shifts required

Able to work on rotating shifts.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
