  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Attends to call from client regarding technical questions and problems.
Resolves client's dissatisfactions by initiating thorough investigation of complaint, evaluates findings, and responds as soon as possible to clients.
Collating diagnostic reports to be sent to doctors and clients.
Delivers reports and supplies to the laboratory.
Delivers reports that are printed from the main laboratory.
Collects samples from clinics upon requests and as per system or client service team.
Collates all samples from the Phlebotomists, packs, and handover to despatch riders on allocated timings.
Handover of samples to despatch riders in a timely manner.
Adhere to compulsory collection/ delivery rounds.

Requirements

1. Able to commit to 5.5 days work-week

2. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
3. At least 1 year of experience in Client Service.
4. Has good command in English, both written and oral.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
