Security Supervisor Responsibilities:
Manage security officers, keys, and access.
Respond to alarms and escalate incidents promptly.
Conduct inspections, handle emergencies, and support fire drills.
Document activities for accurate reporting.
Security Officer Responsibilities:
Prevent vandalism, break-ins, and misuse of facilities.
Securely lock tenanted units, toilets, and utility rooms daily; promptly report issues.
Manage crowds and control access after hours.
Identify and report fire risks, follow emergency protocols.
Report equipment malfunctions promptly.
Perform scheduled tasks including point checks, escalator operation, and security patrols.
Fulfill other security duties as assigned.

Salary PWM 2025
5/6 Days Work Week, 12-hour shifts
Security Officer (SO): $2870
Senior Security Officer (SSO): $3170
Security Supervisor (SS): $3470
Requirements:
Valid Security Officer License issued by PLRD.
Strong communication skills.
First Aid and AED certified; CERT training is a MUST.
