  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and posting of journal entries and reconciliations
Process for staff claims and payment for daily operating expenses.
Prepare documents and schedules required by auditors
Prepare internal management reports such as daily monitoring and daily regulatory data base calculation
Prepare regulatory reports and respond to regulatory the inquiries
Support new systems tests as required by Head Office
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Finance & Accounting
Leave cover for other team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in accountancy or related accounting qualifications
Minimum 3 years handling accounting operations such as payment / nostro reconciliations and financial reporting
Proficient in MS excel
Must be meticulous and careful
Mature with good communication skills and must be able to work independently
