Job Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation.
Prepare tables before service and ensure they are clean and tidy at all times.
Be knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies or helping with events.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar role is an advantage but not required.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Strong verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to details.
