About the role
- To elaborate the Master Production Schedule for our VAS Labelling Operation based on available capacity, customer deadlines and orders readiness.
- To support day-to-day planning activities (materials & resources) to ensure on time in full delivery (OTIF) of labelling workshop.
- To Identify, implement, and coach others in operations planning best-practice activities to achieve operations KPI’s with year-on-year improvement.
- To support Operation Manager with Continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure year-on-year improvement of Standard Productivities
What you will be doing
Operation Planning:
• Improve & develop ‘fit for purpose’ Labelling Master Production Schedule processes & tolls to ensure effective load versus capacity management, with the objective to improve coordination within services, improve OTIF KPIs and support Operation Manager in efficient resource deployment
• Ensure that procedures, processes & policies are deployed and followed within the Senior Leadership Team, encouraging best practice and a culture of Continuous improvement across all planning & materials management processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance to planning procedures throughout Production Operations team
• Complete month end analysis of Operations/Planning performance and issue reports / KPI’s as required
Performance and CI:
• Support Operation Manager in analysing online performance and propose actions to improve the productivities
Team Management:
• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviour
• Plan and monitor team performance including coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
• Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
• Coach and motivate staffs in cohesive and inclusive working environment to minimize staff turnover
• Ensure staff are correctly trained and supported during on-boarding period and that each new comer is feeling supported and part of the team
• Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
• Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
Requirements
The successful candidate
- Diploma & Above
- 2-3 years of Operations experience
- Preferably in logistics related field, 3PL is preferred
- Ability to speak well confidently and build rapport with customers
- Good MS Excel skills
- Strong mentality and interpersonal skills
