ECOMMERCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT MANAGER
SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager to join the Groupe SEB team in Singapore. You will be involved in diverse areas of ecommerce marketing, with a primary focus on online pure players and brand.com. You will be responsible for onsite performance marketing including search, display & affiliates, customer engagement using onsite CRM tools, and content management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute and analyze marketing solutions including paid search, display ads and affiliate marketing on Amazon, Lazada and Shopee, gaining insights to drive strategy and improve ROAS.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage, track and drive customer engagement using onsite CRM tools, ie. chat broadcast, CEM.
• Strategize and execute email marketing for brand.com.
• Conceptualize and execute best-in-class product detail page (PDP) descriptions and images for online pure players such as Amazon, Lazada and Shopee, and brand.com.
• Optimize PDP for better searchability.
• Liaise and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage ecommerce marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum impact of every dollar spent.
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to maintain a competitive edge.
REQUIREMENTS
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience within the ecommerce sector
• Proven track record of managing successful e-commerce marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
• Proficiency in managing PPC, SEO, and affiliate programs
• Proficiency in Excel
• Data-driven with exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
