Job Responsibilities:

Perform various accounting responsibilities related to AP, AR and managing general journals

Perform data entry

Maintain proper filling and documentation

Manage monthly supplier reconciliation

Check and process staff claims

Prepare balance sheet schedules

Provide admin supports

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor or above with accounting or finance major, with accountant certificate.

Minimum 1 year accounting or financial working experience

Good skill of MS software

Work carefully, hardworking, and willing to learn

Working Hours: 3 days/week or 4 hours/day 5 times a week

Workplace: 7 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Tower 1, Level 32 Singapore
