Summary: Support the HR & Admin department by performing administrative and clerical tasks to support HR & Admin procedures and policies. Implement and execute HR administrative processes. May take ownership and work independently within assigned tasks and areas. This role will be based in Tuas, Singapore and reporting to HR Business Partner. This role will be a part time position, 4 working days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage government-related processes such as visa applications, letters for governments, etc.
  • Liaise with external suppliers for reservation services such as hotels, caterers, logistics/transportation and so on.
  • Assist in maintaining records of processed documents and files.
  • Responsible for office supplies, stationary, pantry items or other material
  • Provide administration support for document management.
  • Company vehicles management: Monitoring vehicle road tax and VPC, arranging for car inspection to ensure good condition and assisting in purchase of new vehicles and car bidding process.
  • Manage cleaners to ensure cleanliness & hygiene of the working premise.
  • Assist in HR-related projects or tasks to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Any other ad-hoc HR & Admin matters.
