Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri; 9.00am - 6.00PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated with MOM employment rules and ensure compliance.
- Attend required courses and share MOM updates with the company.
- Collaborate with agencies to find and recruit good candidates.
- Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates for the company.
- Maintain staff leave records and handle office administrative tasks.
- Manage office purchases, such as stationery and pantry supplies.
- Ensure office cleanliness is maintained.
- Source reliable vendors and manage company assets if needed, including membership renewals, vehicle VPC, road tax, and insurance.

- Diploma in a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates initiative, independence, and a good work ethic.
